Pricing

Transparent ranges. No “contact us for pricing”.

Every project is quoted on scope — but you should know roughly what you are looking at before you talk to anyone. The table below is the whole price list, and the section after it explains what the price does and does not cover.

All figures in USD, excluding government and platform fees, which are billed at cost.

The price list

Eight ways to start. Most clients start with the $300 audit.

Timelines are elapsed calendar time, not effort. They include the filing queues, which are the part nobody controls.

Add-ons quoted separately: rejection remediation on a submission we did not make, additional store submissions, a second language of store copy, and anything requiring a category qualification certificate.

Scope

What the number covers — and the part it never covers.

Clients who have been burned before ask this first. It is the right question, so it gets its own section.

Included

In the fee

  • Project management across every filing, account and submission — one tracker, one contact.
  • Document preparation and review: privacy policy, permission declarations, category material, screenshots, store copy.
  • Developer account registration on each store, including the identity and qualification paperwork the store asks for.
  • Submission and resubmission until the listing is live. Rejections are not billed extra.
  • The China-readiness plan: what breaks in mainland China, what replaces it, and the order to do it in — plus review of what your team ships.
  • A weekly written status, and a named human in GMT+8 who answers.
Paid by you, at cost

Never in the fee

  • Software copyright — the official fee, plus agent fees if you use one.
  • Government filing fees for ICP, public security and app filing where charged.
  • Store developer account fees — some of the six charge for a corporate account.
  • WeChat verification — the annual platform fee, currently ¥300.
  • Category qualification certificates — e.g. publishing, medical, finance. Some categories cannot launch without one.
  • Your own development time, translation, notarisation and any China-side hosting or CDN you need.

We take no margin on any of the above. Each one appears in the quote as a line item with its official fee, and you see the receipt.

Payment

Bank transfer against an invoice. That is the whole system.

There is deliberately no checkout on this website. You do not enter a card number here, we do not store one, and nothing renews on its own.

  • QuoteA written scope of work with a fixed price per phase, valid for 30 days. You see what is included before you commit to anything.
  • InvoiceWe issue a proforma invoice from Guangzhou Bingfeng Information Technology Co., Ltd., in USD by default, with our corporate bank details on it. CNY, EUR, GBP and HKD on request.
  • TransferYou pay by bank transfer (T/T) to our corporate account. Company to company, under a written agreement. We do not accept card payments, and we do not invoice individuals.
  • ScheduleSingle payment for the Audit and for Adaptation. Launch projects are billed in milestones — typically 40% to start, 30% when filings are submitted, 30% at go-live. The split is fixed in the scope, not improvised per invoice.
  • PaperworkCommercial invoice plus a payment confirmation for every transfer. Contracting through a Chinese entity instead? We issue a Chinese VAT invoice and can sign a bilingual agreement.
Bank charges on your side are yours; we send net of them. If a transfer is impractical where you are, say so on the first call — there is usually a workable route, and it is better to settle it before the quote than after.
The usual first step

The $300 Launch Readiness Audit.

One document, written by the person who will run your launch if it goes ahead. It is the cheapest way to find out whether this is worth doing — and it is credited back against any project you start within 90 days.

What you get

  • Viability in your category, including the red flags we would walk away from
  • Which of the four filings you need, in what order, and what each one requires from you
  • A store-by-store picture for your app type — accounts, qualifications, likely review gates
  • A dated timeline with the critical path marked, and where it can and cannot be compressed
  • A cost table of every government and platform fee at cost
  • The China-readiness gaps in your current build, based on your public app listing
The mechanics
  • Turnaround 5–7 business days from payment and from receiving the links to your app listing.
  • What we need your App Store and/or Google Play listing, your category, whether you already have a Chinese entity, and what you want to be live.
  • Format a written document, plus a 30-minute call to walk through it. Questions afterwards are answered in writing.
  • Credited back the full $300 comes off your first invoice if you proceed within 90 days.
  • If we say no you still get the document, and a written reason. That has happened, and it is the point of doing this before you spend real money.
Payment questions

The finance-side questions, answered before your finance team asks them.

Can we pay by card or PayPal?

No. There is no checkout on this site and we do not take card payments. Payment is by corporate bank transfer against a proforma invoice, in USD by default. If you contract through a Chinese entity we can issue a Chinese VAT invoice instead.

How is a multi-month project billed?

In milestones. The usual schedule is 40% to start, 30% when the filings are submitted, 30% at go-live. The exact split is written into the scope of work before anything starts, so there is no invoice you did not already agree to.

Who pays the government and platform fees?

You do, at cost — we take no margin on them. Software copyright, filing fees, store developer account fees and WeChat verification are either paid directly by you or reimbursed at the receipt value. Every one of them is itemised in the quote.

What happens if a filing or submission is rejected?

Submissions are resubmitted until they clear, at no extra fee. If a filing is rejected for a reason in the documents we prepared, we re-file it at no additional cost. We cannot guarantee approval — that decision belongs to Apple, each store and WeChat.

Do you work with individuals or only companies?

Companies only. Every engagement is contracted company to company under a written scope of work, and invoiced to a company. That is also why a Chinese entity matters: without one, there is no counterparty for the filings.

Next step

Get a written scope before you spend anything.

Tell us what you have and what you want live. A 20-minute call, no cost — then a written scope with a fixed price per phase. If it is not worth doing, we will say so on that call.

Prefer to talk it through? — usually answered the same day.
